  3. Make ready 100 g Brown Bunashimeji Mushroom
  4. Prepare 100 g Maitake Mushroom
  5. Prepare 100 Gingko Nuts (optional)
  6. Prepare 100 g Red Capsicum (diced)
  7. Take 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  8. Prepare as needed Salt
  9. Make ready [Sauce] - mix well
  10. Get 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  11. Take 1 tsp Sugar
  12. Prepare 2 pinches White or Black Pepper
  13. Get [Thickener] - mix well
  14. Take 2 tsp Cornflour
  15. Take 1 Tbsp Water

Stir in the carrots and cabbage stems. Add the miso mixture and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage leaves, black fungus, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat up a large frying pan or wok with the sesame oil over high heat.

Instructions to make Buddhist Recipe: Stir Fry Taro and 3 Mushrooms:
  1. SEASON: season the Mushrooms, Gingko Nut and Capsicum with 2 pinches of Salt and Sesame Oil. SEASON the Taro with 1 or 2 pinches of Salt.
  2. STEAM: place the Mushrooms, Gingko Nuts and Capsicum in a steamer and cook for 5 minutes. After the veggies are cooked, remove and set aside.
  3. TARO: in a wok, heat 4 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot. Stir fry the Taro in batches until they are lightly brown all over. Set aside.
  4. VEGGIES: In the same wok, heat a total of 4 Tbsp of Cooking Oil. Stir fry the Mushrooms, Gingko Nuts, Capsicum for 1 minute. Then add the Sauce, mix well and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Then add the Thickener and mix until the Sauce thickens.
  5. SERVE: place the Veggies onto a plate. Top it off with the Taro and garnish with chopped Fresh Coriander.

Add the cabbage leaves, black fungus, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat up a large frying pan or wok with the sesame oil over high heat. Stir in the shredded cabbage and gingko nuts. Heat the oil in a stir-fry pan. Add the garlic and sauté over low heat for a minute or so.

Grains can be good for driving away a terrible mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are excellent at helping you feel happier. They can help you feel full for longer too, helping you feel better. Feeling hungry can be a real downer! These grains can improve your mood because it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest these grains quicker than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
