  16. Prepare 1 small Tamarind- lemon sized
  17. Prepare For tempering-
  18. Get 2 Dry red chillies
  19. Get 1/4 tbsp Mustard
  20. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  21. Prepare 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
  22. Get as required Oil
  23. Prepare Bunch Curry leaves

  5. Then add tomatoes and saute till mushy add some salt so that it will cook earlier.
  6. Now add all the veggies you used saute for 10 mins on medium flame.
  7. Add the tamarind pulp and then add the water. For millets we usually use 3 cups of water. Here we used dhal so that we are adding extra water to get the consistency.
  8. Now add sambar powder, kulambu chilli powder and rasam powder (we use rasam powder because it will give nice aroma if you don't like skip it.).
  9. Check the salt and spicy adjust to your need.
  10. Cover the cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistle on a medium high flame.Turn off the stove.
