  1. Scrap the coconut, peel all small onions and garlic cloves then add 5 small onions alone, and garlic cloves and coconut into mixy jar, then add spice powder mentioned above. And grind it in to coarse paste not so smooth.
  2. Then in a pan add oil, mustard seed, Fenugreek seed, curry leaves left over small onions. Fry it for 2 mins then add 2 tomatoes in to it.
  3. Meanwhile cut brinjal as shown in image and apply the paste in mixy jar in to it
  4. Then add that brinjals in to pan and saute upto 3 to 4 mins until it turns brown colour.
  5. Then add the paste u prepared add some water and salt to taste. Let it boil for 5 to 10 mins
