  14. Take 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  15. Make ready 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning (pre made)
  16. Get 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  17. Make ready 1 Cubed bouillon of chicken
  18. Prepare 1 Cubed or powder Bouillon of ham
  19. Make ready 1 can 15 oz prego or ragu spaghetti sauce
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar or substitute
  21. Take 2 lb Ground turkey
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp Salzonador seasoning 'Goya'
  23. Get 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  24. Prepare 1 packages Pastry dough for empanadas
Steps to make Empanadillas (mami's Recipe):
  1. Put all ingredients except for meat in pot, medium heat , stir well and simmer.
  2. Once you see the vegetables are soft… Add the meat and continue to stir.. Taste.. If you want you can add another bouillon of ham to taste. Let mixture simmer.. Until it thickens..
  3. Tomato paste is added for color and thickness of mixture. Some oil can be added if the meat is sticking..
  4. This meat mixture can also be prepared for lasagna as well
