Instructions to make Mutton Trotters/Shahi Paya:
  1. Wash and clean the Trotters.
  2. Place them in a cooker and add the chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillied,salt,pepper,coriander powder and barley
  3. Pressure cook the Trotters till 6 whistles
  4. Heat oil and add the whole spices and let them crackle
  5. Add the sliced onions and saute till golden
  6. Add the garlic slices and fry
  7. Now add the dry spices and fry
  8. Now add the whole wheat flour and saute till the raw smell disappears
  9. Now add the curd and cook till the raw smell disappears
  10. Now gradually add the boiled Trotters
  11. Cook the Trotters for 30 mins on slow flame
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
  13. Serve hot with some Paws and khichdi
